起因![[46405249-B14B-4DC2-91DB-7FD7A444FBAC_1_105_c.jpeg]]在打印过程中右半边有大面积的失败区域,导致原来打印的机械臂结构大半失败,然后就进行了平整度测试,因为打印目标结构选用的是PETG,首先怀疑是否是材料受潮问题,(虽然采用了DIY封箱方案,但是最近几天适度比较大。 于是采用了PLA做对比试验如上图,图为PLA打印的图案,基本排除了材料问题。
热床调平?随后便是觉得是热床不平,导致的在这个区域喷头挤压使得材料挂在喷头上。 于是花了4-5个小时调平了又调平,问题依然存在。
喷头损坏?使用的头为0.4 stainless steel,使用时间估计有50+hrs,经常打印PETG所以会认为会不会是头损坏的原因,比如头损坏可能导致的问题有,挤出压力异常,流量异常,浆料挂壁等,在这个案例里确实是出现了浆料挂壁的问题,因为原来使用PETG进行打印的时候会经常有浆料挂壁的问题所以会使用美工刀去清理,可能导致了局部缺陷。排除原因对于粘附这个事情我找到了解决方法,简单的coatin ...
